Etiquettes and Supplications for Daily Practices

Remembrance upon waking up:

Ubadah ibn Samit (may Allah Almighty be pleased with him) said: The Noble Prophet (may Allah Almighty bless him and give him peace) said:
“Whoever wakes up at night and recites this supplication:

and then says:

‘O Allah Almighty, forgive me’
Allah Almighty will forgive him, or if he makes any other supplication, Allah Almighty will answer it. And if he gets up, performs ablution, and prays, his prayer will be more accepted in the presence of Allah Almighty.”

Etiquettes of seeing dreams:

Dreams are divided into three categories:
The first is a righteous dream or a good dream that comes from Allah Almighty as glad tidings, guidance, and help for the dreamer. Upon seeing such a dream, one should praise Allah Almighty by saying:

and narrate it only to a pious friend who can interpret it in a good way, for the dream comes true according to its interpretation, and one should not tell it to others.
The second is an unpleasant or bad dream which comes from Satan to mock or harm the dreamer. Upon seeing such a dream, one should turn slightly to the left and perform the act like spitting (without actually spitting), seek refuge with Allah Almighty from Satan and from what he has seen in the dream — he may recite these Arabic words:

speak to no one about that dream, and turn to lie on the other side.
The third type of dreams are those other than the two mentioned above — dreams that arise from human thoughts, imaginations, and daily activities; these are called confused or meaningless dreams.
